No real money gambling occurs on our platform. Players cannot purchase points with real money, cannot cash out points for real money, and cannot engage in any form of monetary wagering.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use QQfun only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate QQfun, a QQfun employee, another user, or any other person or entity

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The QQfun platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by QQfun and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent from QQfun.

6. Virtual Points and In-Game Currency

All points, credits, or other virtual currency used on QQfun have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes. Virtual points are provided for entertainment purposes only and remain the property of QQfun. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual points at any time without notice or liability to you.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any virtual points or progress will be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

QQfun is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QQfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
